Escudero subpoenas 5 contractors, 3 DPWH executives to Senate probe

MANILA, Philippines — Senate President Francis Escudero subpoenaed five contractors and three executives of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) to compel them to attend the investigation on tainted flood control projects.
